A little advice
Posted by Joyce <jmax745@cox.net> on Wed, 14 Jul 2004, in response to I Need To Find My Father Before I End My Own Life, posted by Tiffany on Wed, 19 May 2004
Tiffany, how old are you? You say you're working on a record deal, but you sound so young! While you're waiting to find your father, maybe you should talk to someone. A clergyman or counselor might help you over the rough spots till you find him, and with any luck, help you calm down and grow up a bit in case you don't find him. You know, finding daddy might not be the cure-all you think it is. He might not want to deal with it, he may have passed on, or more likely, you are the one who ultimately has to handle you own problems. My father died when I was 21, and I certainly couldn't talk to him about anything. One way or the other, you're going to have to live your life yourself. Trust yourself. You can do it.Responses
