to find my biological dad in the united states

My name is Aaron and I am know about to be 18 years old. I was born on December the 18 th day of 1986. My mother neverbothered to tell me about my real father. I was told he is half black and half jewish and they were station in Guam and were about to get married but never did. I was also told that my grandmother which is mother had ask about me but she was turned away by my mother. I do not know anything about him. I really want to know who my dad and my other family is PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
