MICHEAL DETER (not sure on spelling)

I have been told by my biological mother that put me up for adoption when I was born that my biological fathers name is Miceal Deter not sure on spelling. He is from West Virginia. I have been looking for him for almost 20 years now and he is always the one I wanted to meet I never wanted to meet her but I had to to find out my fathers name. I know he is at least 6 foot tall and would have had blonde hair and blue eyes. I so much want to meet him to complete my life. I believe this is whats missing in my life.
