Birth Father

I doubt anyone can help me, but I was born in Nov 1979 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I was adopted at the age of 2yrs. My name was Mamie Dutton before I was adopted and then Changed to Amanda Nicholson. I have since been married. Anyhow, my biological father is from Colombia in South America and his name is Carlos and last name ... I know what it sounds like but I'm not sure how it is spelled. It's Osario or Rosario or somthing to that effect. Anyhow my bio mother is Kathy Dutton and said my bio father left before I was born. I suppose it's quite likely he has no desire to ever meet me, but on the slim chance that he does I am pursuing to find him. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
