I was once a lost father. Don't blame yourself for him leaving sometimes men feel useless unless they can provide for a kid financially and they feel they have no right be there at all. From a kids point of view it's had to understand that.

The father that leaves a child is destroying more by not being there, no matter the situation. There are always answers that we don't see. Go to Yahoo-Answers and ask a question.
