McArees in Texas and Illinois

My great grandfather was Frank McAree. The first knowledge of him is a marriage certificate in Van Zandt Co., Texas in 1875. In the 1880 census for that county, he appears with wife and son. Census info says he was born in Illinois. I strongly believe John and Susan McAree in Waukegan Illinois Census (1850) are his parents but cannot prove it. They were both born in Ireland. If anyone has any information that would help me connect with relatives, I would greatly appreciate a contact.
