seaching for my father

My Name is Juliana Aurora Maxine Ngoc chou, I am trying to get in touch with my father and his family. I never met my father, but he knows of my existance. His last known address is Devon, England. His name is Brian Hagan and he met my mother in Georgetown, Guyana in 1962. I am now 46 years old and would really like to meet him in person.
