Bostic name

Posted by Kaye Poole <kayepoole@hotmail.com> on Thu, 14 May 2009, in response to grandmother bostic, posted by JOHNETTA G MORGAN on Wed, 13 May 2009

It could be that Martha Bostic was related to the Bostics in Arkansas. I don't know a lot about my grandfather's family but he probably did have relatives in Tennessee and, yes, I have blood type A and am left handed and my son is left handed but so was my father who was a Williams, not a Bostic. I read somewhere that Bostic (or a similar spelling to that name) was Slovenian, making it a slavic name.
