Grandfathers role number

My family has mineral rights in the arbuckle mountains and i need to obtain my indian card to confirm that i am related to Rufus Whitlow(my great, great grandfather)to have access to the rights. How do I go by doing this. PLEASE HELP!!! I am SO lost in this process. Thanks a mill.
