please help me find my real dad

my dad left my mam when she was pregant with me and i want to find him because im curious . there were only young my mam and my father when there were having me i dont no nothing about him only his name and age and that ive got a step sister the same age as me 20 thats all i no . his name is john brown age between 39 to 40 . my mam is called michelle lambert and she fell pregrant wiv me when she was 14 yrs old someone in my family told me he used to live near the spoted cow near the town in stockton years ago so please can you help me i really want to get to see my real dad and know him .
