Please help me to find my babys father

Hi i have been looking for my baby's father for a while now. He is a really nice guy.i had to move away in a short notice so he never got to see my son after he was born. Cause i moved after i found out i was pregnant.i have all the last information. Ive called talked shows,ive been to his old house,ive tryed reverse phone lookup to try to find the last names of his sister and him.they are spanish so its not easy to know.but they all ask for credit cards. His address was fork crk est rd. Pageland s.c. The second house on right. His phone number was 18436586596. His name is horhay its spelled jorge in english. I would really appriciate if someone will help me find my son's father. My is turning two may fifth tenth. I want him to meet his father. They could pass for identical twins.
