Finding the rest of my family

I have four brothers with the last name Nembhard, however, I am trying to locate the one who's born in France and also I would like to know the rest of my relatives. I belive some are in England.

My father-Neville Lorenzo Gilbert Nembhard aka Ras Midas was born in Clarendon (Kellits:- Im not so sure) and it would bring great satisfaction knowing that there's someone out there who could help me connect with the rest of my family.
