Lineage!!

Hello Capt',
My Name is Jimmy Eugene Briggs and I have been looking through this site as part of a request from my son Jake whom is 15. He wanted to know where we came from. Well some how I ened up here!

My father says that he can trace us back to Pennsylvania in the early 18oo's. The family then migrated West as most did at this time. We grew up on the west coast of California and have traveled back to Texas. Austin, Fredricksberg and Brenham.

My Grandfather was Howard Eugene and he married Christine Stone out in CA> They had 3 boys Ernest(MY DAD 58YRS OLd
Christopher and Lynn (Deceased).

I have 4 siblings,

Cindy (Oldest) Alabama
Ernest Ray (Brenham)
Jimmy Eugene (Austin)ME
Christopher Brian (Austin)
Jenny Lynn (Ore)

I travel through Killeen< Texas as well as many other areas of Texas and one that I'm most intrested in is, Briggs, Texas which is on HWY 183 going Lampasses from Austin, Texas.

Do you know anything about this little bump in the road that carries our surname?
