help me find my real dad

hey i am 15 16 next feb and i have not seen my real dad since he left me and my mum when i was just 6 months old and my mum was only still a teenager and a teenage mum at 17 i have only just found out after 15 years the guy i am calling dad is notmy real dad.
the worst thing is my mum did not tell me i found out by nan.

so please help me found my my real dad
all i know bout him is that his name is mark warren stacey
