My origin/ancestors?

Hey, Every now and then I used to explore the internet to gather information until such time I search for my family name/ancestors. Based on my father's testimony that the origination of my family name is in the Philippines, Ibba Zambales to be specific. But then, as I go in searching of my family name, I found out that my family name can be located all over the world, to mention - Italy, Mexico and others.

Im from Philippines, and my family name is CANDIDO. We've been colonized by Spain, America, Japan and many more. I want to know where my family name originated? Anybody knows/encounters my family name? Im just eager to know my clan and/or family tree. My e-mail address are: ncandido@tri-isys.com or npcandido@yahoo.com
