origem e significado de nome e sobrenome

Please, I'd like to know from were my name and surname came from. And if you can I'd like you to make my Genealogical tree. I know that Romaniv is from Ukraine, and one day I found in a history article something from Romanov dynasty.
Finally if you can help me in some way, I am very much thankful.
