the origen last name

Me comentò una amigo que mi apellido es de origen vasco, pero tengo dudas y quiero obtener mas informacion al respecto.
Al parecer el apellido Duben pareciera de origen Francès, solo por su pronunciacion, acentuandolo en la e(è), pero no puedo afirmar esto.
Mucho sabrè agradecerle al respecto.
