Roberto rios you have written of the great view that you saw when you were driving to teocaltiche form nochistlan well I can tell you a little history of this area in which you were traveling. I was born in this area but I grew up in the united states all I know of this area was that at one time was inhabited by small towns that were not really tribes of indians but people who came from Indian decent Apulco is the head town of this municipallity In it there is a small governing system where they have municipal president and so on. In apulco there are various types of ways of life many of the people in the area live off of farming and raising livestock. The best time to be in this general area would be from November to January that is when most of the small towns hold big celebrations known as Ferias.
