Perhaps the both of us working on this, we may be able to find your missing sister. I know how to track people down using the internet. I am sorry that you were raised by an uncaring foster mother. Most children that grow up in that type of environment rarely become successful adults as yourself. there is a website called www.armendarez.com and they are from Kentucky, they show photos so it might help you out, too.
