Hi there Stephanie,
I am from the state of Colorado.
My Herrera family emigrated from Spain to America in the 1500s, so they were from Spain. In the 1520s they settled in Mexico City, New Spain, and finally in 1600 they settled down in New Mexico. I am trying do research on the first Herrera's from the old country (Spain), and also finish my Family Tree.
If you would have any informtion on the Herrera Family in old Mexico,in the 1500s, I would sure appricate it!
