my father ,rafael carranza , was born in salinas san louispotosi in 1889.. the family moved to elpaso texasduring the revolution of 1910..he was a railroad mechanic and a proud mexicano, in the 30s &40s Ivisited many sites of mexico especialy the venustiano carranza statue in veracruz..he told me we were not related to the famous carranza family. i have a lot of pride of my last name..j h c ..Responses
