Apellido Por favor

Me puede informar algo acerca de mi apellido Cabán. Parece que no es de origen español ya que nunca encuentro nada. De donde viene ese apellido, sera de Africa o de donde. Agradecere alguna ayuda en cuanto a este apellido CABAN, se acentua en la segunda a, asi Cabán. O donde puedo buscar o leer. Muchas gracias.
