Oposura, Sonora, Mexico

Oposura, Sonora is presently Moctezuma, Sonora a town bordering the Moctezuma River and about 150 miles due South of Douglas, Arizona.

In terms of the other question, the correct spelling for the town is Estacion Llano, Sonora; said town is about 200 miles due South of Nogales, Arizona.
