finding relatives

I'm trying to find any of my late father's relatives. My madien name is Garza and my father's name is Emilio Garza and his brother's name was Joesph and he had one sister and her name was Lillian "nickname Shorty". My father lived in Chicago when he married my mother. They were only married a short time, and I don't know much of my father's family, except they were originaly from Texas. Please respond if you have any info, or just to say hello.
