EL APELLIDO TRIAY VIENE DE LA ISLA BALEAR DE MENORCA (ESPAÑA) Y VIENE DE LA PALABRA TRIGO EN GRIEGO. EN LA ANTIGUEDAD HABÍA MUCHAS CONEXIONES ENTRE GRECIA Y LAS ISLAS BALEARES, NO OLVIDEMOS QUE ESTÁN CASI EN EL CENTRO DEL MEDITERRÁNEO. Y NO TIENE NADA DE RAÍCES JUDÍAS NI CATALANAS.
