Fathers Relatives

Looking for family. Father was originally from Arandas. Came to United States in the early 1900's.His mother's first name was Eulalia and that is all I know. I believe my grand mother passed away sometime between 1947 and 1967. I would really like to know any family that I may have there and any suggestions that you have to locate them would be greatly appreciated.My fathers name here in this country may or may not be his real name.
