In search of Cunil family of Gerona

I am searching for my husband's Cunil family from Gerona, Spain. The only relative we know of is his g-g-grandmother, Isabel Cunil whose family went from Gerona to Guayama, Puerto Rico. In Guayama, Isabel married Matias Arroyo, c.1800-1830. Any help would be truly appreciated.
