looking fdor the root of my great grandfather

just locating the relatives of my great grand father who was born in Navarra Spain but went to Philippines During their early adulthood. His Name was Fermin Noarbe as my mother told me he has a brother named Juanito and a sister Pacita . I do hope that they still exist. To my distant relative i am one of the great grand daughter of Fermin Noarbe. His Son is Jesus Noarbe unico hijo who passed away. In my heart i can feel that one day i can meet the relatives of my Lolo Fermin Noarbe.
