family background

My father was born in Gualdajara mx. in 1923. His name is Jose Jesus Martin(ez). His father was named I believe Jesus Martin del Compo. Trinidad Martin del Compo is a great grandfather. I also believe they were from Cucio or a small town close by. Outside Gualdajara in Jalisco. I understand it was a large family. I am trying to establish some background. My father was a only son from this side of the Martin family Any feedback would be appreciated.
