San Louis, Porta, Mexico

I am starting on my Son-in-law's mother's line. Her father was from San Louis, Porta, Mexico. Is there a sources that can give me the names of the churches that were active in that town in the between 1910-1920? I am new to Hispanic genealogy research, but not to genealogy research it's self.
