Thomas M. Thompson/Mexican Navy

I am doing research on Thomas M. "Mexico" Thompson, and Englishman serving in the Mexcian Navy in the 1820's and 1830's. I'd like to find his military service file for a book I am writing. Thompson was killed in a barroom brawl in Tobasco in 1841.
