Bradburn/Fort Anahuac

Posted by Pete <petestines@yahoo.com> on Fri, 02 Jan 2004

I am doing research on Colonel John "Juan" Davis Bradburn.
He was an Anglo serving in the Mexican Army in the 1830's and was commander of the garrison here at Anahuac in 1832.
I'm looking for someone who can access his military files to find his birthdate, birthplace, etc. There are also plans and a model for Fort Anahuac in Mexico. (This fort was also known as "Fort Davis) Anyone who can help, please contact me.
