Hello, I'm writing you this on behalf of my neighbor "Frank Gallegos", He is trying to get a hold of his old army friend "Vergilio Berlanga".
They were both in World War II and met in Guam. He believes the news caster Martin Berlanga may be his son or a relative.

If you have any Info, my neighbor would really appreciate it.
