Indeed, Stelle, I received your mail letting me know about your great grandfather. In order to get the info about him it's needed to go to Saltillo. Eventually I can go to the Municipal Archives and trying to find out (I live in Monterrey, about 60 miles from Saltillo and 120 from Laredo, Texas). I find as interesting to know about our ancestors as to know about the contemporary members of the Nuncio's Family. What they do, which are their interests, etc. Pedro, your great grandfather, is the same of mine. The difference is mine was older than yours since my grandfather was about 50-55 in 1913 (I have a picture of him printed in a newspaper as member of the staff of one of the military leaders in the region during the mexican revolution). What I propose is to exchange our curricula and genealogy trees at hand. Are you interested? Well, I leave you. Best regards.
