Herriman

My gr. gr. grandparents were John Luke Van Ausdeln and La Dema Ann Herriman. La Dema Ann was born on September 12, 1845 in Van Buren County, Iowa. She and John Luke married on May 25, 1865 in Van Buren County, Iowa. La Dema died on August 8, 1935 at the home of their daughter, Zoe Andrew, in Girard, Kansas. La Dema's parents were John Herriman and Julia Ann Nedrow.
Any information on John Herriman and his family would be appreciated as this is one of my brick walls.
