Kermit Henry Jr. adopted by Houser family in PA

Would anyone have any ancestral information on Kermit Henry Jr. who was officially/non-officially adopted by a family named Houser in Pennsylvania? It's possible they were located in Schuylkill Haven County. Kermit was my wife's grandfather and we've been trying hard to do a genealogical tree for her side of the family.

Any help or look-up would be greatly appreciated. Kermit was born approximately in 1903 or 4. Any relatives out there?
