Leesburg, VA / Potomac Celtic Festival / 11-12 June 2005

11-12 June 2005The Potomac Celtic Festival will be 11-12 June 2005 at the Morven Park Equestrain Center in Leesburg, VA. The center’s 1,200 acres provide a spacious site for a truly unique experience.
There will be activities for everyone:
Continuous live ethnic music and dance on eight stages.
Juried craft market with 50 exhibitors of the highest quality Celtic art and crafts.
Celtic living history demonstrations spanning from the 1st Century B.C. through the 20th Century.
Celtic import and specialty vendors.
Scottish games.
Pipe Bands from several Celtic lands.
Drama, Poetry and Storytellers.
Authentic Celtic foods.
Demonstrations of weaving, blacksmithing, waulking, wood carving, metal smithing and more.
Celtic clans and societies help trace family roots.
Experts teach workshops on Celtic languages, the Bardic Arts, Celtic music, and more.
A live, open Celtic session each afternoon.
Pub Tent.
A Night Festival on Saturday evening featuring Gaelic Storm!
