Oskierko relations

Hello,
I would like to ask you from which town or area in Russia your Grandfather Fabian Oskierko came to US?My Grandfather Ryszard Oskierko was born in present Belarus (used to be USSR lands in 1900's) and the moved to Poland,to Morąg.
Please let me know if you can.
