Choat/Choate/Shote KY 1800

Hi all,
Trying to find a Choate connection in KY abt 1800. My GGGmother was a Eleanor Choate brn abt 1800 believed to been KY,and was full blood Cherokee,died abt 1866 Grundy Co TN as Ellender Choate Sitz wife of William B Sitz.
