looking for Valdovinos family

my father passed away on July 18 2010. His parents were Ramona Medina Valdovinos,and Miguel Valdovinos. He had a copy of Jovitas book. I recall Jovitas name being brought up by family members but im not exactly sure how she was related to my father.
