Do you know anything about the Valdovinos

Hola Vanessa como estas espero que muy bien? Mira la razon por mi molestia es a como te puedes dar cuenta, yo tambien soy Valdovinos. Estoy un poco intrigado al saber que tu tienes records about the geneology of the Valdovinos. As far as I know my Great, great, gran pa name was Cesario Valdovinos and he lived in a north east side village located at the State of Jalisco, Mexico. The name of the county is Tizapan el Alto and for what I know, all that area is full with Valdovinos. Probably in the summer of 2008 I will travel to Tizapn el Alto to see if I am able to trace back the Valdovinos last name to the Colonial times and find out whether the last name is Italian or Spanish.
But do you have any information about what the meaning of the last name has?
Please let me know anything you know about the history of the Valdovinos history. Thanks, Renato.
