carleton(s) family and message board

I am looking for the CARLTON FAMILY MESSAGE BOARD if such exists. A book written by MONROE CARLETON called,
"LINEAGE OF THE CARLT0NS-TRIBE OF KIMBALL"
In this book, page 56-57, he mentions Nathan Jenks living next door to LORENZO BRIGHAM, my gt gt grandfather. He further states that dthey are relatives. At the time mentioned, about 1850, they were living in Middlebury Township, Wyoming County, New York.

Any information or advice eagerly sought and appreciated.
