Joseph Tatum and Frances Dolly Shy

Frances Dolly was born a CATT. She married James Lockhart and one daughter, Belle. She left him and married Henry Shy, She left him after having another daughter. Then she married a Tatum, she left him for his brother Joseph W.. They adopted a son and he was 17 in 1903. They lived in Little Rock AR. Tatums had a merchantile stone in Bigrock township. They are both buried in Oaklaen Cemetery in Little Rock. Where could I find a marriage license for them. I have the Lockhart and Shy marriage license.
