Looking for any Cannellas that might be related!!

My father was Joseph Salvatore Cannella, born March 2, 1947 and died August 26, 1975. He married my mother, Valerie Dolan, August 2, 1969. My mother had seperated with him before I was born. When she remarried, my step-father adopted me at the age of two, never getting to see my father again.

My father has a brother Salvatore would be older than him. He is a retired NYPO. My father was also a police officer working out of the 42nd precint until he died. Salvatore last known, was married to Fanny and had two sons, Salvatore and Nicholas. I'm not sure if he had any more kids after that or is still married. The last I knew he lived in brookly at the time my mother was married to my father.

My fathers parents were Nicholas Vincent Cannella and his mother was Catherine R. Cannella. Vincent was born July 19, 1907 and died February 16, 1969. Catherine Cannella was born on May 25, 1909 (not exactly sure if this date is correct, but I know it's in may, but the year might be wrong). Catherine has passed away recently. She died on May 10, 2001 at the age of 91. She was from Montgomery, NY. My father was also from Montgomery, NY when he died. All three of them are buried at the Long Island National Cemetery.
