Hello Sherri!
My name is Marian Williams. Dave Bolar (my grandfather) is a brother of Douglas and Horace Bolar. My Mom (Daisy Bolar Lewis)is Dave Bolar's daughter. I had a query out on the message board and Derrick Bolar answered my query. We made a connection with some family members that we both had listed. That was great!!

I see you and Derrick are brother and sister. This is just too amazing. Well, please let me know when the Family Reunion in Mobile will be. I would like to attend. Mobile is not far from Baton Rouge, LA. Please keep me informed.

I sent you an email last night, but I thougt you probably would not reconize my name and would not open the email, so I decided to come to the message board.

Derrick Bolar told me that he would check with your Dad to see if he had anymore information on the Bolars. I have our grandfathers parents name. Atlas Bolar is their father and Ellen (Knight) Bolar is their mother. I have some, not much,information on Ellen Bolar that I would be happy to share. Nothing on Atlas. I am still researching Atlas Bolar. I also have the names of the other brothers and sisters of our grandfathers. Anything you have please let me know.

Please keep me posted on the reunion.
