Looking for a Baillargeon

Lookign for a Joel Baillargeon. Has lived in the greater Los Angeles area in the late '60's. Had a first cousin named Steve Parent. Steve Parent was killed by the Manson family. Joel had family living in Ozark Al., had a father in the military, and may possibly have a brother named David, who still may be in the military.
