looking for my dad

Looking for my dad all i know he was a polish student over in England in 1966 & 1967. he was living in Perrybarr student flats lodgings and was in Birmingham University. From what i know his name was Joseph Shavacki (not sure on spelling), he was seeing a woman called Jackie Smith who had blonde hair.... he was 18 years of age at time. he was then sent back to poland in the 1960's..... can anyone help
