looking for Stephen Caswell

i am looking for my brother, i have never met him and as far as i no his name is Stepthen Caswell and he is 16 coming 17. I think he lives somewhere in Bangor Norhtern Ireland. I am only 17 myself and have always wanted to know who he was so if anyone has any information i would be very greatful if you could tell me
