Washington DC 8th and O

I am searching for a young girl from the DC area who was born in 1982-1985 from a married man. He used to work at the Giant in Washington DC as a security guard. Her mother lived across the street in a high rise building with the grandmother. I believe off of 8th and O Street. I know it's not much to go off of but that's all I know. Please reply if you have ANY information.
