free africans in sumner,south carolina

good morning,has anyone done research on the free africans in sumner,south carolina and who petitioned the assembly of south carolina for their autonomy for fighting in the revolutionary war? my great great great great grandmother becky was born in south carolina in 1790 and i am trying to find her maiden name and parents?she was the mother of becky campbell also from south carolina.becky married andrew campbell.thank you-muhammad abdullah-p.o.box 338-compton,ca.90223
